Background Item Images |
The Background Item Images sample, demonstrates how to create a great looking menu bar for your own website using background images.
This sample uses a background image in each menu item but unlike the all images sample, text is still used over the top of the background image. This allows for definition between the on and off states without having to include the text in the image. To show the background menu item distinction more clearly we have included a transparent separator and the following properties: Vertical Orientation Item Icons Item Background Images Mouseover Item Background Images Transparent Separators Italic Text Style Bold Text Downloading this sample will deliver all files needed to run this sample on your local machine.
